The idea for this site was first discussed on forums BedBugger.com in 2007, a simple easy to read web site that clearly shows the signs of bedbugs but takes less than 10 minutes to read and understand.


It is not meant to be an extensive account of what it is like to live through an infestation or what are the best treatment options it is written on the premise that as an exposure pest avoidance is the best strategy.  In many cases where people have taken bedbugs back from a holiday or business trip they could have been avoided if steps were taken to prevent them being taken home.


Bedbugs are sadly becoming a fact of modern life and a pest that far too many people are having to encounter.  By taking the following simple steps the nightmare of an infestation can be avoided:
